You have questions about our bar services. We are here to help.
How do I know I am booked?
A signed contract and retainer fee reserves your date. Once you have approved the quote from the consultation and invoice will be sent. You will have 10 days to pay the retainer. Then your date is booked! Dates will not be saved without a full retainer or contract signed.
How early should we book with you?
As soon as possible! We hope that we can come to your event, however, with the limited amount of weekends, we typically fill up fast. Your retainer ensures you lock in your spot.
Where are you located?
Sweet Swigs is based out of Spokane Valley, Washington. We are able to travel for events in the surrounding areas in the PNW or outside of travel radius to serve you at your event. We will travel up to 25 miles outside of Spokane for free and then charge $.65 per additional mile.
Do you have insurance?
YES! We carry full insurance that is up to the standards of all Washington and Idaho venues. We will reach out to your venue to ensure they have what you need for your event.
How does the purchasing of alcohol work?
Sweet Swigs cannot purchase of alcohol products for your event. We work with you to create a budget, give quotes, and be available to even go to the store with you to walk alongside you as you shop for your event. We want to make this process as easy as possible for you, do the research or allow us to help you!
Do you offer non-alcoholic options?
Yes! We can modify any drinks that you purchase to accommodate guests that do not drink alcohol or minors wanting to join in the fun!
